The Stars I Thought Wouldn’t See.

It’s a countdown.

Counting down to the day we’d leave each other whether for internships out of town or student exchange. To each of our future before preparing for graduation. Some of us can’t drive yet, some of us still joke in the middle of tests. But this might be our last shot in creating something that’s supposedly fun, driving all the way to Dharmaningsih, Pacet, stargazing, while shooting for a music video.

It was dead, dead cold, we were freezing, yes, but there was a fire within us that burned brighter than the most fervent of flames. It was the fire of friendship, of shared memories and unspoken understanding, igniting our souls with its radiant warmth. I realized that true warmth isn’t measured in degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius, but in the laughter shared and memories made with those we hold dear.

As the night wore on and the stars began to fade into the dawn, we knew that this was a moment we would carry with us long after we said our goodbyes. For in the dead of night, amidst the cold and the darkness, we found the warmth of friendship that would sustain us through the trials and tribulations that lay ahead.

And so, with just three months left before our paths diverge, we vowed to make the most of every moment, to cherish the memories we’ve created and the bonds we’ve forged. For in the end, it’s not the destination that matters, but the journey we take together.

Until tomorrow, when I’ll regale you with tales of our escapades beneath the starlit sky.
